Liquid vs. Gel eyeliner

Today I thought I would talk about liquid vs. gel eyeliner.

I'll start with Liquid:

Pro's: It creates a dramatic effect
          With practice you can get very sharp clean lines

Con's: It has to dry
           If you don't allow it to dry fully it'll smudge and get everywhere
           It can go a bit all over your face when you remove it and takes a while to get fully off
          

Now the Gel:

Pro's: It doesn't need drying time
          It's easier to apply and get the hang of
          It can either give you sharp lines or be smudged out
          Typically easier to remove than liquid
          It doesn't smudge easily on it's own and go where you don't want it
         
Con's:  You generally need to buy a separate brush to apply it
            Can still sometimes be hard to remove
           

Personally I prefer Gel over liquid (as you could probably tell), but what about you guys? Do you prefer Liquid eyeliner or Gel eyeliner?
