Hey guys!! I just wanted to mention for the drawing posts that I have adjusted the exposure on some of them to make them more clear as well as the fact although some of these are done more freehand, a lot of these are from various art books with instructions. Can I just say I totally recommend the Kimi ni todoke series,  it's awesome. ^_^ This last one technically isn't manga because it's Belle from Beauty and the Beast, but it's still a cartoon so I'm including it. lol 

  Hey guys!! It has occurred to me lately. that I am very hesitant to post anything that is too far off from makeup related things because, after all, the name of my blog is "katiesmakeupblog", but as I get more and more into blogging I'm realizing as much fun as I have with makeup and talking about it, I also would love to post more of a variety of things and just be able to talk about anything without questioning if it's on topic.   With that in mind I decided I'd really really like to share some things with you guys, like my artwork. It's another creative thing I really enjoy and I just thought it'd make a fun post.   Some of these are quite old while the last one, I just did yesterday and finished off today.   How do you guys feel about me posting about other things? Hey guys!! I'm super happy because spring break is finally here and I don't have to do any work for school over it ^_^ I thought today I'd review the OGX Hydrating Teatree Mint Shampoo and Conditioner. I've been using it for about 2 or so months and I actually really like it. It smells awesome and it makes  my hair feel super super soft.  My hair has still been kinda frizzy but with my hair type and where I live, I'm not sure that's even fixable.  Lol I'd definitely recommend this though because I love it. :)

Hey guys!! How's your week been? Any fun weekend plans? Today I thought I'd finally review the Tucker Ashley Advanced Peptide Eye Complex. I've been using this for over a  month now every day and to be honest, I don't think it really does anything. It's kinda moisturizing but I really haven't noticed my dark circles disappearing like the website claims.    If you were considering this for dark circles,  I wouldn't bother. Just invest in a good concealer.  :)

Hey guys!! I'm sorry this is a little late, it was my birthday over the weekend and also I was waiting on my glam bag. My glam bag is here, but I didn't feel like getting the post up today so I promise it's coming soon! I'm the mean time I thought I'd review the Naked Cosmetics Mica Pigment,  I absolutely LOVE this. It is super pretty and sparkly.  It's a loose powder so you need to be slightly careful with it (and not blow on it to clean the edge... I don't know why I thought that was smart lol), but it's great.  It also lasts all day for me, which is awesome. Now I will say, you will have sparkles all over your cheeks and face and everywhere. I love that, but I know it drives some people crazy so just be aware of that. If your ok with that thought I'd totally recommend this. ^_^ Referral link

Hey guys! How's your week been?   Today I thought I'd review the Perfectly Posh BFF : Best Face Forever Exfoliating Daily Face Wash.  I'm normally am not a huge fan of exfoliaters because they hurt for me, they are just too abrasive,  but I actually like this one.  This is far more gentle than other ones I've tried and it didn't leave my skin feeling sore.  It still does a very nice job Exfoliating though. It also smells really nice,  kinda minty. So if any of you guys are looking for a more gentle exfoliater,  you should give this a try. :)
