Hey guys!! Merry late Christmas. Sorry I didn't do a post last week and that this one is late, but I've been really busy over the holidays and didn't get a chance and then Monday it was raining here and if any of you have satellite internet then you know when it rains, you typically lose the internet for that time. So over Christmas I was given some new Bath and Body lotions and I though I would review them for you guys. One of these was a gift to me and 2 were gifts to my mom, but she doesn't use lotions like this typically so she gave them to me. The first is Vanilla Bean Noel This is from their Christmas collection; it has a very strong sweet scent, that to be honest I find a bit overpowering, but aside from that it is a pretty nice scent. I found this at the Cosmetics Company on my trip to Pennsylvania and I just had to buy it. It looked like such I pretty color I just kept going back to look at it again and finally made the decision to purchase it. I'm really glad I did because I LOVE this color and it's great. I've been wearing it a lot since I bought it and have gotten a ton of compliments on it as well. I like MAC's crème lipstick far more than their matte ones. I had a lot of trouble with the matte color as you guys know from my review, but I really haven't had any with this. It does come off when you eat or drink something, but it leaves your lips stained a berry color. Other than that it's awesome. And it has reasonable staying power if you aren't eating or drinking anything. It also goes on quite smoothly which I really like. Today I decided to do a review on a MAC lipstick I bought about a month ago. I really like MAC products and since I was a given a Belk gift card when I graduated in May I thought I would take advantage of it and purchase my first MAC lipstick. After careful consideration I decided to take a risk and buy the color 'Lingering Kiss'. Now let me say first, I'm in LOVE with the color, however, I'm not used to using a Matte lipstick and therefor didn't realize that matte lipsticks are much harder to work with and much less forgiving. The results is that I can't seem to get this to work for me as of yet. When i try it, it only goes on the outer part of my lips, I can't seem to get it to cover them fully. Although I don't think this looks too horrible I don't like to wear it like this so I really haven't been wearing it. An Amish quilt on the bed at our second hotel.  We went to a play, Half-Stitched, at the Bird-In-Hand Theater the second night and ate at the Bird-In-Hand Restaurant afterward. So this is technically from the other night, but I quite liked how it turned out so I thought i'd share it with you guys. :) Make up: Foundation: L'Oreal True Match Foundation in Alabaster (Cool shade) Concealer around eyes: Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer Concealer on spots: Covergirl Concealer Pressed Powder: Covergirl Clean Powder Eyelid Primer: ELF eyelid primer Eyeshadow: Sedona Lace 168 color palette. I used a like gray/white on the entire lid and then used I believe the sparkly black in the crease and to like the outer part of my lower lash line. Then I used the white eyeshadow as a brow highlight.  Eyeliner: Sedona Lace Black gel eyeliner Mascara: Maybelline Colossal Cat Eye mascara  Highlighter: Avon Highlighter Lipstick: MAC crème lipstick in 'Pure Heroine' So that is what I used on this look. Wow I didn't realize the amount of products I used to create this... lol

Ok so I have been wanting to try this for MONTHS ever since I saw Zoella and Tanya Burr using it, but I couldn't find it anywhere around here until a month or so ago and I was SO excited when I found it. ^_^ I actually really really like this, it does seem to have better coverage than my Covergirl Concealer which is great because I have dark circles under my eyes that I need to cover and this does the trick. I can still notice it a bit but it isn't too bad with this. And this stays on all day as well; it doesn't budge. So I'm super glad I found this and I love it <3

These are all from Cato's because not only are the earrings at Cato's beautiful, it's the only place I can find clip-ons. lol I do have more clip-ons that I've either made or some earrings that I've converted to clip-ons so if that is something you guys would be interested in just let me know and I'll do a post on it :) Or I did have my ears pierced at one time so I also have some other earrings if you guys are interested in seeing those :)
