Hey guys!! Today I thought I would share with you why I like doing Yoga. Now I haven't done any Yoga in a while, it had begun hurting my wrist for some reason so I took a break from it for a while. Also being honest as much as I would like to get back into working out with my work schedule I find it quite hard. Nonetheless I do really enjoy Yoga when I do it.
Yes, I know some of my form is off in these, that's probably why it was bothering my wrist, that being said I enjoy Yoga for a few reasons.
The first one is because it is actually very very relaxing, it tends to create a calming environment and focuses a lot on breathing which especially if you have anxiety like me can be very helpful to just really think about how you breath.
The next reason is that it can actually be a really good work out, depending on the form of Yoga you choose to do it burns a decent amount of calories without being overly difficult for a beginner.
It is also very good for your flexibility. It gradually helps you become much more flexible in your daily life and can help with different areas of pain as well if done right.
This is just a workout I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to lose weight, increase flexibility, and have a calming experience.
