Tarte in Bloom Palette Review

Hey guys!! Today I am reviewing the Tartelette in Bloom Palette. (Charmer, Flower Child, Funny Girl, Sweetheart, Smarty Pants, Jetsetter, Rebel, Firecracker, Rocker, Leader, Activist, Smoke show) Leader: I like to use this color on my lid when I am doing a more dark smokey look. It looks very nice and lasts pretty well. I also use it as a liner when using a lighter look. Activist: I use this as a crease color typically when blending out a smokey look and sometimes as a liner on a medium look (not too light and not too dark). It work very well for blending out. Smoke Show: This shade is really good for a dark edgy look as well as to line your eyes if you don't want to use liner (Eyeshadow will create a softer look). Rebel: I use this in 3 ways, this one is very versatile, it works as a base color, a crease color and a blend out color. It really works beautifully in all these ways and is one of my fav colors. Firecracker: I like to use this colo...

A letter to Christians and Non Christians

Hey guys!! So as I was getting ready this morning I was thinking about a conversation Andrew and I were having last night, it was about how some Christians act and respond when they don't like something someone does and I feel like someone somewhere needs to hear this on either side of the spectrum.... So you see someone doing something you don't like or hear about it? Well a lot of Christians (Here I will be using the term as "people who have accepted Jesus into there hearts") will respond very poorly, and I have been on the receiving end of this even being a Christian myself (yeah it happens between Christians of the exact same denomination too!!), I have had people judging me for my outfits, my music, you name it and you guys have seen my outfits in some posts, nothing at all bad, pretty modest by today's standards actually, but I have still had people go so far as to tell me I am clearly not a Christian because of it. Reasons like we aren't suppos...

theBalm Take Home The Bronze Bronzer Review

Hey guys!! Today I am going to review theBalm Take Home The Bronze. As you may or may not know the  Benefit Hula Bronzer  is my absolute fav and my go to bronzer. I will however occasionally test new ones I receive to see how they stack up to my fav. As far as lasting power this one last all day for me till I go to remove my makeup. I would say this is more of a cool tone (is that actually right? idk lol) bronzer, but it does add some color to your face. This is a good bronzer to just darken up and it does work well for winter. Does it beat the Hula bronzer for me? No, but it is a good bronzer in its own right.

Love of Color Liquid Shimmer Shadow Review

Hey guys!! Today I am reviewing the LOC Liquid Shimmer Shadow. This is very pigmented and you literally only need like a dot of it on each eyelid. It blends out very nicely and dries down pretty quick (but not so quick you can't blend it first). It shows much better on the eyelids than this example gives, but this it kinda what it looks like dried down and blended out some. As far as lasting power, this is decent, it lasts most of my workday before creasing, and even when it creases it is easy to blend back into the other shadows. I don't normally use liquid shadows, I prefer powder but this is fun to play around with and test out. I am not sure I would buy more liquid shadow just because I am not sure it adds anything more than my powders but it is cool to try out.

Nomad Cosmetics Illuminating Highlighter Review

Hey guys!! Today I wanted to review the Nomad Cosmetics Illuminating Highlighter. This has a very pretty shimmer but is not overly sparkly. It is very pigmented so you do not need to use to much to get a nice glow. This also lasts all day long and doesn't fade at all so you can have a fresh glow all day long. I really like this, although it has not replaced my  holographic highlighter  yet, it is definately good.

Hempz Pure Hemp Bath Bomb Review

Hey guys! Today I am reviewing the Hempz Pure Hemp Bath Fizzer. So I have had a sample of the lotion from one of my subscription boxes previously and I really like it. While shopping in Ulta the other day I saw that they sell the Hempz brand and got really excited when I saw that Hempz has bath bombs.  This bath bomb smells really good and the scent actually lasts even if you use a body wash in a shower afterward. It also lasts in your whole bathroom, the tub will still smell like it for a few days, which if you like it like I do, is awesome! This didn't stain my tub which is great, it just goes to a nice light green that washes right away. The best part after smelling awesome is that this also made my skin feel super smooth and soft. I will totally buy this again.  :)
