Hey guys! Today I'm reviewing the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil. This one is in perversion.
I love this. Holy crap if all of them are this pigmented that's amazing. This is the darkest black pencil I now own and I love that.
It goes on super smoothly and is so dark.
I will say it moved a bit in the corner area of my eyes, but overall stayed put.
Assuming you didn't rub your eyes I do think this could last through getting wet, but if you touch it it will smear or come off.
Which actually works great for smudging it out, I got a very cool smokey sultry look with this.
I'd definitely recommend this.
