CAILYN Cosmetics Pure Lust Extreme Matte Tint + Velvet in #32 Practicable Review

Hey guys! How's your week going?  Today I'm reviewing the  Cailyn Cosmetics Pure Lust Extreme Matte Tint + Velvet.  I love this this looks on my lips.  It's very pretty and goes on very nicely. It has good lasting power but you will need to reapply after eating and if you drink alot. The only thing I didn't like is after a while it settles into my lip lines but I feel like most things do that.  I'd definitely recommend this lipstick though.

Weightloss Doesn't = Good Body Image

Hey guys, tonight I thought I'd do a post I've been thinking about for a while now, but wasn't sure exactly what to say, I still wasn't sure, but I decided to just go for it and hope it helps. It's easy to think "oh if I could just lose this weight I'd be happy with my body", but the reality isn't so simple.  This is something I'm still coming to terms with. I've lost about 30 lbs. I know in reality I look much better now, but I still can't get over thinking I'm fat and picking myself apart.  And even knowing this is unfortunately normal,  it still makes me feel pretty crappy.  I feel even worse because I know I shouldn't be complaining,  I remember how when I weighed more I was very irritated with smaller woman complaining they were the weight I am now.  I still have that part of me that thinks I need to lose more weight but logically I know losing much more would be very unhealthy for me to do and very d...

LA Colors Color Last Nail Polish Review

Hey guys!  How's it going? Today I'm reviewing the LA Colors Color Last Nail Polish. These are awesome.  Funny enough I bought the first one because I wanted a new polish but didn't wanna spend more than a couple dollars, but they are actually pretty good quality especially considering the price. Even working at a vet they stay on decently well for me. If I'm not working they stay on much longer. They have great color and there is a decent variety of color choices. I haven't tested them with the top coat but that's supposed to made them last even longer.  I'd absolutely recommend these if you want a good quality cheaper nail polish.

Urban Decay Afterglow Powder Highlighter Review

Hey guys! Today I'm reviewing the Urban Decay Afterglow Powder Highlighter. I really like the shade of this and it looks very pretty. It gives a nice glow and has good lasting power.  I don't like it as much as my Laura Mercier Highlighter but I definitely still recommend this.

Wax Cube Review #1

Hey guys!  Tonight I thought I'd do a review I mentioned probably a year or 2 ago and hadn't done. These are wax cubes thst you use in one of those wax warmers. I reviewed mine   when my fiancé (then boyfriend) gave it to me a couple years ago.  I love it and think it's a great alternative to candles because I'm terrified of fire. By the Pool: Splash & Coconut: Splash is a very summery smell, idk how I would actually describe it but it is very pleasant. Coconut I suppose smells basically like coconut. Rock Candy: This actually reminds me personally of summer because I would always get rock candy when we would stop at a store on the way home, this actually smells just like the candy as well. Tropical Plumeria Petals: This definitely smells like flowers. Unfortunately flower scents tend to remind me of funeral homes so not a huge fan but this one is better than: French Lilac Flowers: That one smells just like funeral home flowers, whereas t...

New blog look ^_^

Hey guys!! I'm sure some of you have notice by now that I have updated my blogs look.  I decided to do so because I made this blog when I was about about 18 and although I liked the look I thought it was time to make it a little more grown up. I'm really excited I was able to keep it feminine and girly while still hopefully accomplishing that.  I also wanna thank my little cousin for taking the photo I've used as my new blog title thing (what's that called?  Lol). I think it looks beautiful and love how it goes along with the new look.  Anyways I hope you guys like the new look as much as me, let me know in the comments!  :)

Hard Candy Glamoflauge Foundation Review

So I was gonna do a post on my new blog look, and I still am,  but I thought I should do this one first. Now if you've been a reader for a while  you'll know I rarely give something a genuinely bad review,  neutral maybe,  but not bad. I hate this.  This didn't blend into my skin well at all on my cheeks and neck. Even after k went back and tried to blend more it still looked streaky and just bad.  It also stung my skin for some reason.  I actually ended up removing all my makeup and I was going to just leave it since I needed to go to work,  but my skin was red I'm assuming from this product and I actually had to just redo my face to cover it with a different foundation.  I've been using a higher end product lately so I'm sure I'm slightly spoiled from that but I've had much better drug store foundations and I don't recommend this at all. Not to say it wouldn't work for you,  but I just really don't like...

Kajal Vasanti Waterline Eyeliner Review

Hey guys! Today I'm reviewing the Kajal Vasanti Waterline Eyeliner.  This works quite well. It stayed on throughout my day even when getting wet. It's very easy to apply and control. I'd recommend using this on your bottom lash line if you are like me and don't actually use eyeliner on your waterline.  I think thus would work great on your waterline as well though.

Beauty for Real I-Line 24 / 7 Eyeliner in Black Magic Review

Hey guys!  I'm sorry I've missed 2 blog posts this week, I've been working alot (I have a full time job now! ) and have just been really unfocused.  That's no excuse, but it's what's happening.  And to be honest with you I just hadn't tested anything else new or had any good ideas.  Today though I thought I'd review the Beauty for Real I-Line 24 / 7 Eyeliner.  I've had this for a while but I don't use eyeliner all that often so I hadn't tried it till recently.  Of course I decided to try this on a day it was raining,  but due to that I can tell you it stayed in place.  I used this on my bottom lash line (I don't line my actual eyeline because I had some issues when I was younger with my tear ducts getting irritated) and it worked quite well. It's basically like a pencil so it's very easy to control and use, but I also managed to smudge it out a little.  If you want something to use in your eyeline I think this...

Hey Honey 24Seven : Day & Night Revitalizing Cream Review

Hey guys! Today I'm reviewing the Hey Honey 24Seven: Day & Night Revitalizing Cream.  I'm gonna be honest,  I find these types of things difficult to review.   I think it's moisturizing,  so in that respect it works I think.  As far as how well and whether I'd recommend it, I wouldn't say it's any better than any other moisturizer I've used.   So it's fine,  but so are others that are similar.

Luxie Beauty Luxie Rose Gold Blush Brush 514 Review

I'm gonna be honest with you guys, I've barely used this. I really don't use blush and I have other brushes I like better for other stuff. That being said,  it's very pretty and there's nothing wrong with it, I just don't have much use for it. As far as application it works quite well so if not for anything more than the design I'd recommend it.
