Chad Eastham Books

Hey Guys!! I wanted to recommend something to you guys today, when I was younger I had some pretty bad self esteem issues, now i'm not saying I never have days where I don't like something about myself now, but I've come along way. For example I used to take up to 2 HOURS finding an outfit because I felt that nothing looked good on me, and I no longer do this because I've learned how to be nice to myself and to deal with things in a healthier way.

A big part of what helped me were these books, there are 5 which I will list in a minute and they are by Chad Eastham. Now I started off wanting the first one because it tells you about guys and how to get a boyfriend, or so it seems. These books are very geared toward loving yourself first, they teach you about how to view yourself in a positive light and are very positive and also Chad is quite a funny guy.

1.  "The Truth About Guys"

This one just tells you more about how guys think and things along those lines.

2.  "Guys Like Girls Who..."

This is actually the first one I got and it is very very geared toward building your self esteem and it also really does teach you what good guys want in a women.

3.  "The Truth About Love, Dating, and Just Being Friends"

This one gives a lot of love and friendship advice.

4. "Guys are Waffles Girls are Spaghetti"

This one talked about how guys and girls brains work differently, like how we think differently and helps you to understand the opposite sex better.

5. "The Truth About Breaking Up, Making Up, and Moving On"

Now let me just say I WISH this had ben out when I had my first break up because I made some of the mistakes that this addresses and exactly what Chad said would happen happened, Chad gives amazing advice in this book about how to deal with a break up and how you should expect to be treated.

These books are geared toward teens, but I really think any tween or young adult would benefit from reading these, Chad is really amazing at giving advice and he's also very funny so he makes you laugh a lot. He's young enough to understand what younger people are going through, but old enough to have had experiences and gained wisdom on the things he writes about. These books have really helped me grow and mature in my relationships especially, but also in my life.

So definitely check these out you guys, check out just one or all of them if you like!! Even if you don't enjoy reading (like me) I think you'll enjoy and benefit from these books! :)

What you should know about dating a gamer

Hey guys!! I wanted to do a slightly different kind of post today, my boyfriend is a gamer and so I thought it could be fun to do a post on what you should know about dating a gamer, and the best part? This list is gamer approved. :) lol 1. Gamers will game... alot. If you are going to date a gamer you have to understand this, gaming is part of what he loves doing, especially if he's hardcore gamer, so don't be one of those girlfriends who's constantly trying to make him stop playing, gamers don't like that at all. You shouldn't try and change him, but accept who he is, or other option find a guy who isn't a gamer. lol 2. Sometimes,  it will take an eternity to get a text back,  or he forgets. You'll get used to it. There are just some games where you can't pause them or they are just too difficult for him to text you back quickly. If he likes this game: that can be especially true. And trust me I've played it, he

Getting my Belly Button Pierced

(Photo by Grace, Southern Grace Photography) So I did something super exciting and scary recently. I got my belly pierced!! I researched and found a awesome tattoo shop called Golden Spiral Tattoo, I totally recommend them btw. I went with my fiance and we told them what we were there for and I gave them my ID and signed the papers after the piercing artist did a short 'consultation' which was basically just looking at and feeling my belly button area. She told me because I bend right at my belly button when I sit and stuff I would need to be sure to sit up straight, but it looked good and she could do it. We went back with her to a little room and she cleaned around my belly button and marked where to pierce with her maker and measured the area. She had a few different belly rods I guess? laying out for me to choose from so I chose a small diamond looking one (pictured obviously lol) and she sanitized it. She had me lay on the table and adjust

Loreal True Match Foundation Review

I've had this for a few months now so I decided it was time to do a review. I have the color Alabaster which is a cool shade. It actually matches my skin tone perfectly so that's a really big plus. This lasts all day long, but on me it doesn't really help all that much with my skin getting oily/shiny looking. I actually think this might make my skin look MORE shiny because it has a bit of a dewy finish (which is great if your skin isn't already oily). That being said I do like this, but I'm not sure I'll repurchase it because of the shine factor but I think if you have normal or dry skin then this would be something good to try and they have plenty of shades so it's a good chance you'll be able to find your skin tone.
