Products I hate

I only have a few products here that I hate because generally I like the products I purchase, but I thought i'd do this post anyways :)

Now the first one is Sally Hansen Wax Strips, I love Sally Hansen, but I hate these. To be fair to the product it DOES do everything it claims to do and it is nice that it last about a month. The reason I hate it though is because I just cant take the pain. It hurts way to much to do that to myself repeatedly. But if any of you guys think you can handle the pain this does work.

The next one is Not Your Mothers Knotty to Nice Conditioning Detangler. I hate this because it honestly doesn't work, I barely used any of this because of that. I finally just resorted to getting my hair trimmed to help which worked MUCH better than this.

The last two might surprise you guys because when I reviewed these I still said some nice things about them, but after having them longer I realize I really don't like them at all. The Maybelline Super Stay 14hr lipstick (Review) is very drying and wears off within a few hours and the Maybelline Color Elixir (Review) just smells awful and doesn't even last as long as the 14hr lipstick so I will not be buying more of these in the future.

Getting my Belly Button Pierced

(Photo by Grace, Southern Grace Photography) So I did something super exciting and scary recently. I got my belly pierced!! I researched and found a awesome tattoo shop called Golden Spiral Tattoo, I totally recommend them btw. I went with my fiance and we told them what we were there for and I gave them my ID and signed the papers after the piercing artist did a short 'consultation' which was basically just looking at and feeling my belly button area. She told me because I bend right at my belly button when I sit and stuff I would need to be sure to sit up straight, but it looked good and she could do it. We went back with her to a little room and she cleaned around my belly button and marked where to pierce with her maker and measured the area. She had a few different belly rods I guess? laying out for me to choose from so I chose a small diamond looking one (pictured obviously lol) and she sanitized it. She had me lay on the table and adjust...

What you should know about dating a gamer

Hey guys!! I wanted to do a slightly different kind of post today, my boyfriend is a gamer and so I thought it could be fun to do a post on what you should know about dating a gamer, and the best part? This list is gamer approved. :) lol 1. Gamers will game... alot. If you are going to date a gamer you have to understand this, gaming is part of what he loves doing, especially if he's hardcore gamer, so don't be one of those girlfriends who's constantly trying to make him stop playing, gamers don't like that at all. You shouldn't try and change him, but accept who he is, or other option find a guy who isn't a gamer. lol 2. Sometimes,  it will take an eternity to get a text back,  or he forgets. You'll get used to it. There are just some games where you can't pause them or they are just too difficult for him to text you back quickly. If he likes this game: that can be especially true. And trust me I've played it, he ...

Xara Hair Straightener Review

Hey guys!! Tonight I'm reviewing the Xara Hair Straightener. I'm in love with my  Xara Curling Iron so I decided to see if they had a straightener. I was super excited to find that they did, but it wasn't available when I first found it. Recently it became available and I bought one and I'm so in love.  This has multiple heat setting you can adjust so its great for any hair type. It heats up super fast, even if its cold it only takes a couple minutes and it displays the heat. This straightens my hair super fast too, I have about medium thickness hair and it only takes me about 10 minutes if that to straighten it. I honestly think that Xara is my favorite hair tool company, I would absolutely recommend this as well as the curling iron and I'd definitely buy them again. Also it was only $40 bucks so the fact that it works this good is awesome because that's in a pretty decent price range! My hair stays straight all day with th...
